Cuff bracelets should be bent only once to fit, with a wide enough opening to slide on and off sideways over the thinnest part of the wrist. Continuous bending will weaken and eventually break the metal. A broken cuff bracelet usually cannot be repaired.
For touch up cleaning, use a damp cloth or soft toothbrush to remove tarnish and dirt. Since most pieces are intentionally not high polished, the silver finish will not be harmed. Metal and stones will show "wear and tear" if you wear them a lot. That doesn't mean you shouldn't wear your favorite pieces as much as you want.
Store jewelry in a pouch, jewelry box compartment or an airtight plastic bag.
